BackerKit Error?

If anyone didn't get their pins please let me know! BackerKit is now showing me 7 orders not shipped when before all orders had shipped. I can't get back into the backer report on Kickstarters end and can't seem to find these orders. So I'm not sure if it's a BackerKit error or not.
But if you never got you order please contact me!
